WHAT IS IT?

Get your blue suede shoes ready! The ultimate performing arts training experience is coming to Melbourne and Sydney these July school holidays! 

If you’re wanting to develop your skills, work with industry professionals, and gain exclusive behind the scenes access to a brand new multi-million dollar musical, then this is for you!

We’re passionate about helping aspiring Australian artists to develop their skills, build confidence in a supportive environment, and most importantly have fun!

Over five days, applicants will work in age and skill appropriate groups with industry professionals to hone their skills before a special presentation for family and friends at the end. 

• Get behind the scene access to learn about the new Elvis musical touring Australia
• Learn from industry professionals including members from the original creative team and cast
  
• Learn songs and dances from the production
• Participate in question and answer sessions
• Audition technique and workshops
• Tailored for all ages and abilities
  
• Presentation for family and friends at the conclusion

HOW TO APPLY

To ensure the experience is rewarding, participants will be placed into groups appropriate for their age and ability. 

Applicants should be aged between 10 – 25 years. 

To apply, applicants will be required to submit a video audition online

The video doesn’t need to be too long. The purpose is to show the team what you can do and allow us to get to know you a little better. 

• Introduction/chat to camera
• Sing one song of choice to music
  
• Present one dance of choice

KEY DETAILS

• The workshop will run over a five day period Tuesday – Saturday
• Daily session times will be 9am – 4pm daily
• On the Saturday, there will be a presentation for family and friends to showcase some of the elements that have been learnt throughout the week.
